PRIVACY / UPDATED 2 OCTOBER 2026
Privacy follows the tool you use.
This site is a directory of Orebit projects. It has no sign-up form and never receives your geological files.
Website requests
Like every web server, ours logs the IP address, requested URL, time and browser information of each request. The site runs no advertising or analytics scripts. External links lead to services with their own policies.
Your preferences
Language and theme choices are saved in this browser’s local storage. Clearing site data removes them.
Project-specific processing
GeoSuite processes your files on your computer; its optional connections and release emails are described in its own privacy policy. GeoAtlas requests external map tiles and source information. PitOpt’s public demo uses synthetic data; local use processes your files on your computer.
Contact and support
Email is used only to answer your request. GitHub issues are public, so never attach confidential data. Donations are handled by Saweria under its own policy.
